Easy Crock Pot Pulled Pork BBQ Recipe
Really easy method of emulating the smoked variety when time or equipment is limited

Ingredients
  • Whole Pork Shoulder Roast (Picnic)
  • large onion chopped
  • 3tablespoons garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Liquid smoke to taste
  • 2 16oz bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce (or home made)
  • Kaiser Rolls
  • Cole Slaw

Directions
  1. Rinse Pork with water and place in a large crock pot.
  2. Add onions, garlic,salt,pepper and liquid smoke.
  3. Cook on low until meat falls off the bone. (10-12 hours)
  4. Drain Liquid and reserve, removing fat.
  5. Remove skin and bones, and shred with two forks to desired consistency. If cooked long enough it should easily fall apart.
  6. Add sauce. If still to dry add in a little of the reserved liqid unil smooth but not soggy.
  7. Serve on Kaiser rolls and top with coleslaw.
  8. Enjoy!
