Great pumpkin bread or muffins

I found this recipe online and we didnt have all of the stuff so we altered it and it turned out amazing
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (210g) flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 tblsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup (1/4 L) pumpkin pie filling shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1 dL) vegtable oil shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (a little more to sprinkle on top) shopping list
- butter to line the loaf pan and put on top of bread shopping list
How to make it
- pre heat oven to 350
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together
- Add in wet ingredients
- butter your loaf pan of muffin tin
- pour into pan of choice
- put little balls of butter on top
- sprinkle with brown sugar
- If making muffins bake for 30 minutes
- If making bread bake for 60 minutes
