Ingredients
  • 1 kg pork (baboy)
  • 1/4 kg cow liver (atay ng baka)
  • 3 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cooking oil
  • optional: bay leaf (dahon ng laurel)

Directions
  1. Cut pork and liver into large cubes
  2. add garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and bay leaf
  3. mix and set aside for 30 minutes
  4. add water and bring to boil simmer for 15 to 30 minutes
  5. mash 3 pcs. of liver and set aside
  6. drain meat and set aside liquid
  7. in sauce pan fry meat and liver
  8. add liquid and mashed liver
  9. simmer for 3 minutes
  10. serve with fresh tomatoes and steamed rice
