How to make it

  • Cut pork and liver into large cubes
  • add garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and bay leaf
  • mix and set aside for 30 minutes
  • add water and bring to boil simmer for 15 to 30 minutes
  • mash 3 pcs. of liver and set aside
  • drain meat and set aside liquid
  • in sauce pan fry meat and liver
  • add liquid and mashed liver
  • simmer for 3 minutes
  • serve with fresh tomatoes and steamed rice
