Adobong Baboy At Atay Ng Baka

- 1 kg pork (baboy) shopping list
- 1/4 kg cow liver (atay ng baka) shopping list
- 3 tbsp crushed garlic shopping list
- 2 tbsp white vinegar shopping list
- 5 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 2 cups of water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- cooking oil shopping list
- optional: bay leaf (dahon ng laurel) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut pork and liver into large cubes
- add garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and bay leaf
- mix and set aside for 30 minutes
- add water and bring to boil simmer for 15 to 30 minutes
- mash 3 pcs. of liver and set aside
- drain meat and set aside liquid
- in sauce pan fry meat and liver
- add liquid and mashed liver
- simmer for 3 minutes
- serve with fresh tomatoes and steamed rice
