Deans Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

Deans Turkey Meatloaf Recipe
This dish is a light, moist version of your grandmother's meatloaf. It takes some time to bake but is well worth it. Even my kids downed it and asked for some at snacktime. Try it - it's great!

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Mix ingredients by hand thoroughly adding bread cubes in last. Form loaf set on drip pan or foiled covered pan rack lined with cooking spray.
  2. Place on 4th rack of a 5 level oven (second from top) and bake for 15 minutes at 425, then reduce temperature to 3550 and bake for another 55 minutes or until meat is cooked (check by sticking knife into loaf. It is done when red no longer oozes out).

I've made this before, I'm not sure where I found the recipe. Another good ingredient to add is some Parmesan if you like cheese.
