A really fresh tasting salsa with a garlic twist. You'll want to use tortilla Scoops with this!

Ingredients
  • 1 can Roasted Garlic tomato bits, undrained
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeds and ribs removed, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 sm. green pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 C. tightly packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 med. onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1 t. cumin
  • 1 pkg. dry salsa mix

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients in above order to food processor with chopping blade..
  2. Pulse in 1-2 second intervals until all ingredients are finely chopped and mixed.
  3. Let sit for 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
