Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shredded leftover beef roast

1 large onion cut in half then sliced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/4 to half 1/2 cup honey mustard depending on your taste

1/4 cup oil

8 slices of toasted hole wheat bread

Directions

fry mushrooms and onions in half of the oil over medium low heat, add meat when vegetables are cooked and the rest of the oil.

after 2 mins add honey mustard sir well remove from heat let cool while toasting the bread. spoon the mixture on the hot buttered toast cut in half and enjoy.
