- ½ kilo pork kasim or pork pang-menudo (sliced into bite-sized cubes) shopping list
- ½ kilo of pork liver, sliced also into bite sized cubes strips shopping list
- onion and garlic for sautéing shopping list
- 2 potatoes, diced or cubed shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips shopping list
- ¼ cup Del Monte Original Recipe ketchup shopping list
- ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce shopping list
- 3 tsps. Lee Kum Kee Special soy sauce shopping list
- ½ tsp. sugar shopping list
- ½ tsp. instant coffee shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
How to make it
- fry the potatoes until tender, set aside
- Wash liver and pork cubes, set aside along with the bell pepper.
- In a wok, sauté onion and garlic in 2-3 tbsps Cooking oil.
- Stir in Bell pepper and pork.
- Stir fry until pork is semi-brown.
- Add in liver.
- Stir until liver is half-cooked.
- Stir in ketchup, oyster sauce and sugar.
- Stir well.
- Add in coffee.
- Stir in water and cover while bringing to a boil.
- reduce the sauce to your desired level.
- Add salt and pepper for taste.
- add in fried potatoes and serve.
