How to make it

  • fry the potatoes until tender, set aside
  • Wash liver and pork cubes, set aside along with the bell pepper.
  • In a wok, sauté onion and garlic in 2-3 tbsps Cooking oil.
  • Stir in Bell pepper and pork.
  • Stir fry until pork is semi-brown.
  • Add in liver.
  • Stir until liver is half-cooked.
  • Stir in ketchup, oyster sauce and sugar.
  • Stir well.
  • Add in coffee.
  • Stir in water and cover while bringing to a boil.
  • reduce the sauce to your desired level.
  • Add salt and pepper for taste.
  • add in fried potatoes and serve.
