Ingredients
  • 1 kg. Pork cubed (Liempo, Kasim,...any part, doesn't really matter)
  • 5 Tbsp crushed garlic (You can put more garlic if you want)
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a wok except water
  2. Mix well
  3. Let it stand for 30 minutes
  4. Add water
  5. Bring to boil and simmer until it dries up
  6. Stir fry (in its own oil/fat/juice) until meat and garlic browns
  7. DON'T ADD OIL
  8. Serve with steamed white rice
