Adobo from some province in the Philippines.

Ingredients
- 1 kg. Pork cubed (Liempo, Kasim,...any part, doesn't really matter)
- 5 Tbsp crushed garlic (You can put more garlic if you want)
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a wok except water
- Mix well
- Let it stand for 30 minutes
- Add water
- Bring to boil and simmer until it dries up
- Stir fry (in its own oil/fat/juice) until meat and garlic browns
- DON'T ADD OIL
- Serve with steamed white rice
