Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put all the ingredients in a wok except water
  • Mix well
  • Let it stand for 30 minutes
  • Add water
  • Bring to boil and simmer until it dries up
  • Stir fry (in its own oil/fat/juice) until meat and garlic browns
  • DON'T ADD OIL
  • Serve with steamed white rice
