Easy and fast stew

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb of Ground Beef
  • 1 cup of long grain rice.
  • 3 table spoons of olive oil
  • 3 Carrets cubed
  • 3 cellery sticks cubed
  • 1 large onion cubed
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • 1/2 a can of tomato sause
  • 2 cups of water
  • salt and perper to taste
  • loaf of garlic bread

Directions
  1. Start rice(1 cup of rice to 1 3/4 cups of water
  2. in a sause pan bring to a boil lower heat and cover for 10 min..
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Brown the beef
  5. Drain Oil
  6. then add the vegtables
  7. Let the vegtables mix with the beef for about 5 min.
  8. next add tomato sause
  9. and add water cover redues heat and simmer for 15 min.
  10. serve over a bed of rice with garlic bread.
