This is such a good recipe. It is listed as baked corn. Really is corn custard. It is on the sweet and delicious side. Super easy!

Ingredients
  • 2 can creamed corn
  • 1 can condensed sweetened milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 TBL butter melted in baking dish
  • mix and bake

Directions
  1. 1½ hours or until knife comes out clean
  2. Bake in 7 x 9 dish, uncovered
  3. Bake @ 325
