Saucey Red Snapper

- 6-8 red snapper fillets shopping list
- 1 lb. crawfish tails shopping list
- 6-roma tomatoes shopping list
- 1 small can black olives shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 4 tlbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1-2 cups shredded Italian cheese shopping list
- 1bunch green onions shopping list
- 1-tlbs. butter shopping list
- cajun seasoning shopping list
- 1-tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt shopping list
- 1 pinch of ground bay leaf shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse fish thoroughly,if fillets are real thick you may want to half them lenghth-wise.
- Spray baking dish with no-stick spray
- Arrange fish in dish and sprinkle generously with cajun seasoning.
- Squeeze lemon over fish and bake 15 minutes @ 350.
- Remove and top with crawfish sauce and cheese
- Mince onions,tomatoes, and crayfish. Heat olive oil and 1 tlbs. butter.
- Add tomatoes and onions, saute until onions wilt.
- Add crayfish tails,olives celery salt,garlic powder,,bayleaf, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. cook until tomatoes melt.
