Stuffed Mushrooms with Buffalo

- 3 pkgs. Medium-Large button mushrooms shopping list
- 1 3/4 lbs. ground buffalo meat shopping list
- 20 oz. parmesan cheese (Keep 10 oz to sprinkle on top of mushrooms when done baking) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Remove stem and devein mushrooms
- Season the meat with the ingredients and fry a little batch up to verify the seasoning Adjust if necessary (this is up to you and how you want it to taste)
- Fill the hallowed mushroom caps slightly over full.
- Bake on a sheet pan for 5-10 minutes at 325 degrees or until brown on top.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
