Stuffed Mushrooms with Buffalo Recipe

How to make it

  • Remove stem and devein mushrooms
  • Season the meat with the ingredients and fry a little batch up to verify the seasoning Adjust if necessary (this is up to you and how you want it to taste)
  • Fill the hallowed mushroom caps slightly over full.
  • Bake on a sheet pan for 5-10 minutes at 325 degrees or until brown on top.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
