This is another really easy salad that looks as good as it tastes! Surprisingly tangy, zesty flavor goes well with fish dishes for a light summer supper. Amounts are all approximate - just add until it looks right!

Ingredients
  • 1 bag fresh baby spinach
  • 8-12 oz. strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2-3 oz. crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. Throw strawberries, walnuts, and feta cheese into bowl of spinach.
  2. Dress with balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste, and toss.
  3. Apply immediately to taste buds.
