Really easy to make for a football game or entertaining - has TONS of flavor and it done in just 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 Package of already cooked bratwursts
  • 1 large white onion
  • 6 cans of any beer
  • 2 tbls olive oil
  • Hot dog buns or hoagie rolls
  • Usual condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish)

Directions
  1. Add olive oil to large pot or saute pan
  2. Slice Onion and saute in olive oil for about 1 minute
  3. Add all beer and bring to boil
  4. Add brats and cook according to instructions (about 10 minutes usually) - reduce to medium heat.
  5. When brats are done, remove the brats and onions from beer and serve on buns with beer sauted onions on the top.
