How to make it

  • Add olive oil to large pot or saute pan
  • Slice Onion and saute in olive oil for about 1 minute
  • Add all beer and bring to boil
  • Add brats and cook according to instructions (about 10 minutes usually) - reduce to medium heat.
  • When brats are done, remove the brats and onions from beer and serve on buns with beer sauted onions on the top.
