Tilmok (Steamed Crab Meat with Coconut Meat)

- 3 cups chopped coconut meat shopping list
- 4 to 5 cups shredded crab meat shopping list
- banana leaves (for wrapping) shopping list
- onions and garlic shopping list
- 2 calamansi or philippine lemon (squeezed) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the coconut meat with the crab meat.
- add in the onion and garlic.
- stir in the calamansi and mix all ingredients well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap in banana leaves and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the ingredients fuse together like tamales.
