How to make it

  • In bowl combine flour, salt and sugar.
  • Gradually pour in milk stirring constantly until smooth batter is formed.
  • Add eggs one at time stirring well each addition then stir in sliced bananas.
  • Heat oil and butter in a small non stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour mixture in by spoonfuls spreading mixture evenly across pan.
  • When bottom has turned golden brown turn and cook over low heat until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm.
