How to make it

  • before cooking, add the light soy sauce and sugar to the scrambled egg. beat until well-mixed.
  • in an omelette or frying pan, put in oil and preheat for about 5minutes in medium heat
  • add in onions, green peas, soy sauce , white pepper and shrimp. stir fry for a minute.
  • add in the scrambled eggs.
  • cook to your desired consistency or texture.
  • Once cooked, put in a platter and brush the oyster sauce on the egg.
  • serve with bread or fried rice.
