  • 1 CUP DRY VERMOUTH
  • 3/4 CUP MELTED FAT OR OIL
  • 1/3 CUP LEMON JUICE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED CHIVES
  • 2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1/4 TEASPOON MARJORAM
  • 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
  • 1/4 TEASPOON THYME
  • 1/8 TEASPOON SAGE
  • 1/8 TEASPOON TABASCO

Directions
  1. COMBINE ALL
  2. POUR OVER FISH (FOR 2 POUNDS OF STEAK OR FILLETS)
  3. MARINADE 4 OR MORE HOURS
  4. TURNING ONCE IN AWHILE
  5. GRILL FISH-RESERVE MARINADE AND BASTE
