How to make it

  • In a skillet place the chicken -2- tblsp of butter, the minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook till done-15-min-(don't brown)-Sprinkle 2- TbSP of cornstarch on chicken and cook 3-5 min. Pour in broth,add carrots, lemon juice,lemon peel, mushrooms, and parsley flakes. Cook for 15-20 min - stir in 1-2 cups of white instant rice. Cook till rice fluffs up.
