Grammys Raviolis

- 1 cup Garfava flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Xantham gum shopping list
- 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- cornstarch shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of romano cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp dried parley shopping list
- a pinch of white pepper shopping list
- 1 8oz ricotta cheese(low fat if you wish) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl add flour, salt, olive oil ,xanthan gum and eggs
- Mix together until you are able to form a ball
- Cut the ball in half and cover the remainder with a wet cloth to keep it moist. Place the dough on a very firm board. Sprinkle the board with cornstarch. Knead the dough in the cornstarch. Roll the dough into a thin sheet(This is NOT easy) Use a round or sqaure cookie cutter and cut out 12 Place about 1 Tabspoon of the filling on the dough Repeat the same for the covering of the Ravioli. Crimp the edges with a folk on both sides to seal them. Cook in boling water for about 4 or 5 minutes. Sometimes I make a double recipe. I have freezen the squares on a cookie sheet and just defrost and add the filling That works perfectly also.
