This is a simple but elegant tasting glaze. I usually use Pork Chops or Chicken pieces
Prep:15m Cook:30m Servings:1

Ingredients
  • 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce

Directions
  1. Boil ingredients in a saucepan for 5 min
  2. Pour over meat in a baking dish
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 min basting every 8 min or so
