Pasta Alla Parmesana Recipe
This is an easy and delicious winter meal. Try it!

Ingredients
  • 800 g Pasta penne rigatti
  • 800 g Sparragus
  • 400 cl Heavy cream
  • 200 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 150 g Roquefort cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Boil your pasta until "al dente".
  2. Preheat your oven to 350šF.
  3. Meanwhile cut up each sparragus in 4 and save the tips appart.
  4. In a large boul mix up the cream and the roquefort and mash it up.
  5. Add half of the parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and the sparragus (ecxept the tips)
  6. Add the pasta "al dente", mix everything and place it in a baking pan
  7. Put the rest of the parmesan cheese and the sparragus tips on top.
  8. Bake 15 - 20 min. or until tips al golden and crispy!
  9. Enjoy!!

If you canīt get roquefort cheese, you can always use any kind of blue cheese.
And remember you donīt always have to respect the quantities...
