Pasta alla Parmesana

- 800 g pasta penne rigatti shopping list
- 800 g Sparragus shopping list
- 400 cl heavy cream shopping list
- 200 g grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 150 g Roquefort cheese shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Boil your pasta until "al dente".
- Preheat your oven to 350šF.
- Meanwhile cut up each sparragus in 4 and save the tips appart.
- In a large boul mix up the cream and the roquefort and mash it up.
- Add half of the parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and the sparragus (ecxept the tips)
- Add the pasta "al dente", mix everything and place it in a baking pan
- Put the rest of the parmesan cheese and the sparragus tips on top.
- Bake 15 - 20 min. or until tips al golden and crispy!
- Enjoy!!
