How to make it

  • Boil your pasta until "al dente".
  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  • Meanwhile cut up each sparragus in 4 and save the tips appart.
  • In a large boul mix up the cream and the roquefort and mash it up.
  • Add half of the parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and the sparragus (ecxept the tips)
  • Add the pasta "al dente", mix everything and place it in a baking pan
  • Put the rest of the parmesan cheese and the sparragus tips on top.
  • Bake 15 - 20 min. or until tips al golden and crispy!
  • Enjoy!!

    If you can´t get roquefort cheese, you can always use any kind of blue cheese.
    And remember you don´t always have to respect the quantities...
