How to make it

  • Peel shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  • Finely chop onion.
  • Peel and chop garlic cloves and wash and cut peppers into thin strips.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan then fry shrimp 1 minute and remove.
  • In same oil fry garlic cloves then add onion and pepper and fry over low heat 20 minutes.
  • When soft add shrimp and cook together for a few minutes.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl then season and mix with peppers and shrimp.
  • Grease a pan and pour in egg mixture.
  • Set omelet over low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve warm.
