Ingredients

60g butter

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground cardamon

2 cups walnut halves

1/4 c caster sugar

Directions

preheat oven to 200.c

melt butter in a med pan and remove from heat...add cinnamon and cardamon to pan, stir until combined.

Add walnuts and stir until well coated in spice mix. spread walnuts in a single layer on an oven tray, and bake for 8 mins or until lightly browned.

place caster sugar in a medium bowl, add the hot walnuts and stir till well coated..serve hot or cold as a snack.
