Low Fat Lasagna

- 1lb leaned minced beef ( I also use minced turkey - fat and calories lower!!) shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 courgettes chopped small shopping list
- 1 pepper chopped small shopping list
- 1 large carrot, grated shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomatoes shopping list
- tomato paste shopping list
- 1 Italian Oxo stock cube in 5 fl oz boiling water shopping list
- freshly chopped basil shopping list
- teasp mixed herbs shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 100g (4 oz) no pre-cook lasagna sheets shopping list
- 295g Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 150ml (1/4pt) milk shopping list
- 100g ELF shopping list

How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 200ºC (400ºF, gas 6).
- Stir-fry mince for 2-3 mins - drain off any excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic and vegs, cook for a further 3 mins - stirring regularly.
- Add tomatoes,tomato paste, stock, herbs and season to taste.
- Mix together mushroom soup, cheese and milk; set aside.
- Spoon half meat mixture into an oven-proof dish. Top with half lasagne and half mushroom soup mixture. Repeat layers ending with soup mixture.
- Bake for 30 mins or until nicely browned.
