How to make it

  • in a marinating dish, put in all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • turn chicken thighs pieces every 30 minutes for about 2 to 3 hours, for better flavor.
  • after 2-3 hours, remove the chicken from the marinade.
  • set aside marinade.
  • place the marinated chicken pieces evenly in a steam dish or bowl
  • steam the chicken for about 20 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
  • in a separate wok or teflon pan, put in the marinade and boil until marinade thickens.
  • place on top of steamed chicken or on top of steamed rice.
