How to make it

  • Fry the onions in the butter while stirring.
  • Add the potatoes.
  • Stirr in the flour gradually until everything is golden brown.
  • Stirr in the water, milk and salt.
  • Cook until the potatoes is soft.
  • Mash.
  • Serve.
