How to make it

  • melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave and stir until smooth.
  • place the marshmallows in a large bowl with the nuts. pour the chocolate in and mix well to combine.
  • now you need 4 sheets of wax or parchment paper about 14 inches long.
  • place a piece of wax or parchment paper on a flat surface and spoon half of mixture onto the paper.
  • using the paper to roll, form the mixture into a log, making sure it rolls tightly.
  • unroll the paper from the log. on a second sheet of paper, sprinkle some of the coconut flakes and place the log on top. sprinkle with more coconut and re-roll in the new paper.
  • repeat the process for the remaining mixture.
  • chill for at least 2 hours.
  • remove the logs from the paper and slice into 1/2 to 1 inch thick slices.
  • each slice looks like a mini stained glass window!
