Apple Apricot Salad

This is a recipe I obtained from a church friend. She brought this to one of our potlucks and boy did it go fast. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup apricot nectar juice shopping list
- 1 small package instant dry vanilla pudding shopping list
- 2 cups peach slices drained shopping list
- 2 medium granny smith apples shopping list
- 2 medium red delicious apples shopping list
- 1 cup grapes red and green shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl whisk together apricot juice and pudding mix.
- Cut peach slices in bite size pieces.
- Wash fresh fruit.
- Core apples and cut in bite size pieces.
- Add peaches, pineapple, apples and grapes to apricot mix then stir gently to coat.
- Chill well before serving.
