This is a recipe I obtained from a church friend. She brought this to one of our potlucks and boy did it go fast. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup apricot nectar juice
  • 1 small package instant dry vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups peach slices drained
  • 2 medium granny smith apples
  • 2 medium red delicious apples
  • 1 cup grapes red and green
  • 1 cup pineapple

Directions
  1. In large bowl whisk together apricot juice and pudding mix.
  2. Cut peach slices in bite size pieces.
  3. Wash fresh fruit.
  4. Core apples and cut in bite size pieces.
  5. Add peaches, pineapple, apples and grapes to apricot mix then stir gently to coat.
  6. Chill well before serving.
