Bacon Chicken Salad Recipe

	Chefmeow / All my dishes 9 months ago This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale a few years back. I love salads and make them all the time. This one is one of my favorites. It is delightful and one I make often to take for lunch. Enjoy Prep:10m Cook:10m Servings:4	Chefmeow

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cups cut up cooked chicken

1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds

2 medium stalks celery sliced

4 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled

Directions

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in medium bow.

Toss with chicken, almonds and celery.

Stir in bacon just before serving.
