How to make it

  • Mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, onions, mozzarella, and
  • 1/2 cup parmesan.
  • Add artichoke hearts and spinach.
  • Put in 13 X 9 X 3 dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of parmesan on top.
  • Broil for 15 minutes (or until bubbling and parmesan
  • is a golden brown)
