Peanut Butter Cake

Attention peanut butter lovers! This recipe is from my sister's mother-in-law. It's delicious and easy! It also smells really good cooking/baking. :)
Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together in a saucepan butter, water, peanut butter, and oil and bring to a boil.
- Turn off heat and add remaining ingredients.
- Pour onto a greased cookie sheet. (I use a cake pan.)
- Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with Peanut Butter Icing. Yum!
