Pasta Ham Hot Dish Recipe
My fiance's grandma sends cases of corn home with us when we go to visit since corn is the only veggie i will eat. This helps get rid of it all.

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 small bar of Velveeta
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Saute onion in butter until tender in skillet.
  3. Drain spaghetti and put in a large bowl.
  4. Add the ham, corn, cheese, seasoned salt and onion mixture.
  5. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring once.
