How to make it

  • Place flour in a zip-lock bag.
  • Add chicken pieces and shake to coat well.
  • Spray a 10" skillet with cooking spray.
  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Fry chicken breasts over medium heat until lightly browned (5-7 minutes).
  • Turn chicken and continue cooking until lightly browned.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the skillet juices add teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar.
  • Stir well.
  • Return chicken to skillet.
  • Simmer 3 minutes.
  • Turn heat to low.
  • Turn chicken over and continue cooking until fork tender (approx. 20 mins.).
