Lemon Chicken Saute

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 3 Tsp. fllour shopping list
- 1/4 cup lightly salted butter (use butter only) shopping list
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 3 Tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Place flour in a zip-lock bag.
- Add chicken pieces and shake to coat well.
- Spray a 10" skillet with cooking spray.
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Fry chicken breasts over medium heat until lightly browned (5-7 minutes).
- Turn chicken and continue cooking until lightly browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the skillet juices add teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar.
- Stir well.
- Return chicken to skillet.
- Simmer 3 minutes.
- Turn heat to low.
- Turn chicken over and continue cooking until fork tender (approx. 20 mins.).
