Black-eyed Pea Dip

- 2 cans black-eyed peas, drained shopping list
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 5 Tbsp red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 large white onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 large cloves garlic, chopped, minced or crushed shopping list
- 2 tsp basil shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste shopping list
- Dash red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all indregients.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. You may serve immediately but it's best to marinate overnight for best flavor.
