Roast Chicken

This is a easy but tasty way to make a rost chicken, lots of flavor .I usually double this, since it's good left over. Can also cook this in a rotisserie or on the grill.
Ingredients
- 1 whole roast ing chicken shopping list
- 1/2 c butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- Clean chicken n pat dry. In small skillet melt butter n add garlic powder n onion powder, mix well. Place chicken in roast pan, brush the butter mixture all over chicken inside n out. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until juices run clear.
