Ingredients

1 whole roast ing chicken

1/2 c butter

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons onion powder

Directions

Clean chicken n pat dry. In small skillet melt butter n add garlic powder n onion powder, mix well. Place chicken in roast pan, brush the butter mixture all over chicken inside n out. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until juices run clear.
