Baked Gnocchi

- 1 - 32oz package gnocchi (I've always used frozen, the fresh come out too mushy for some reason. Maybe I just suck.) shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 cups milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook gnocchi as directed.
- Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour and salt till blended and cook one minute. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir constantly till smooth and thickened. Reduce heat and stir in cheese until melted.
- Put gnocchi and sauce in buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or till bubbly and cheese lightly browned.
