Ingredients
  • 16oz elbows
  • 4 TBSP butter
  • 4 TBSP Flour
  • 2 TSP salt
  • 1 TSP dry mustard
  • 5 cups milk
  • 4 cups shredded cheese (I like to use that 4 cheese Mexican blend, but NOT the one with the taco seasoning in it)
  • 1/4 cup buttered breadcrumbs

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375
  2. Grease a 4qt rectangular baking dish
  3. Cook and drain elbows and put in baking dish
  4. In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat
  5. Remove from heat and blend in flour, salt, and mustard
  6. Return to heat and slowly add milk and stir constantly until sauce thickens
  7. Add 3.5 cups of cheese and stir until cheese is melted
  8. Pour sauce over noodles in baking dish
  9. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes
