Moo-caroni and Cheese

- 16oz elbows shopping list
- 4 TBSP butter shopping list
- 4 TBSP flour shopping list
- 2 TSP salt shopping list
- 1 TSP dry mustard shopping list
- 5 cups milk shopping list
- 4 cups shredded cheese (I like to use that 4 cheese Mexican blend, but NOT the one with the taco seasoning in it) shopping list
- 1/4 cup buttered breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Grease a 4qt rectangular baking dish
- Cook and drain elbows and put in baking dish
- In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat
- Remove from heat and blend in flour, salt, and mustard
- Return to heat and slowly add milk and stir constantly until sauce thickens
- Add 3.5 cups of cheese and stir until cheese is melted
- Pour sauce over noodles in baking dish
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
