Salami And Cheese Rigatoni

How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 350
- Boil water in large pot
- Put pasta in boiling water 5-6 min or until softened
- Rinse with cold water till just chilled enough to hold in your hands for prep
- Take two slices of salami lay them in the palm of your hand overlapped
- Spread a good amount of ricotta cheese then add the mozzarella cheese stick and roll it all up with salami on the outer side
- Slide inside of pasta repeat, until you have filled all rigatoni's
- Place in a casserole dish with a 12 cup of water on bottom.
- Add the Italian tomato sauce to just coat each rigatoni.
- Place in oven and bake for 15-20 min.
- NOTE: you just need to melt the cheese before serving.
