How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 350
  • Boil water in large pot
  • Put pasta in boiling water 5-6 min or until softened
  • Rinse with cold water till just chilled enough to hold in your hands for prep
  • Take two slices of salami lay them in the palm of your hand overlapped
  • Spread a good amount of ricotta cheese then add the mozzarella cheese stick and roll it all up with salami on the outer side
  • Slide inside of pasta repeat, until you have filled all rigatoni's
  • Place in a casserole dish with a 12 cup of water on bottom.
  • Add the Italian tomato sauce to just coat each rigatoni.
  • Place in oven and bake for 15-20 min.
  • NOTE: you just need to melt the cheese before serving.
