Spinach salad with spicy grilled salmon

- 1/2 cup chinablue tangy ginger SAUCE
- 1/2 cup chinablue red pepper flakes SAUCE
- 1 boneless skinless salmon filet (5-6 ounces) shopping list
- 1 pound fresh baby spinach, washed shopping list
- 1 box cherry tomatoes halved shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate salmon filets in red pepper flakes SAUCE for 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Grill salmon, continuously brushing with chinablue red pepper flakes SAUCE, 4-5 minutes. Turn over and cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Remove from heat, set aside.
- In large bowl, toss spinach and tomatoes with chinablue tangy ginger SAUCE. Lightly toss to cover spinach and vegetables.
- Pile ingredients high on 4 large, chilled plates.
- Slice each salmon filet into thirds and arrange around each salad. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon toasted almonds.
- Serve immediately.
