Mini Meatloaves Recipe

	Yummers / All my dishes 2 years ago I love meatloaf and when I found out you could put them in muffin tins I loved it more !! I made these up so the measurements are just how much I think should go in my meatloaf... so it is up to you :) Prep:15m Cook:40m Servings:3	Yummers

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

couple of shakes of seasoning salt

salt and pepper to taste

couple of shakes of mince onion ( or 1/2 an onion chopped fine)

1 red pepper finely chopped

box of your favorite stuffing mix

ketchup

Directions

preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl add your beef, seasonings, and red pepper. mix well

in a small bowl put the stuffing mix in and add abut 3-4 tbsp of water. Just enough to moisten it. mix well.

add to beef mixture

spoon equal amounts of beef mixture into your 6 greased muffin tins ( this also coud change depending on how big or small you would like them)

bake for 20 minutes

take out of oven and spread some Ketchup on top of each mini loaf

put back in oven and bake another 20 minutes until cooked through. Times will vary depending on your oven...
