How to make it

  • Preheat pan
  • Coat Pan w/ Olive Oil
  • Add Rotel, Jals, Onions- Fry until slightly Caramelized
  • Add 1 1/2 tsp Sriracha
  • Add Sausage- Fry until browned
  • Add Eggs- Don't break yolk for 1 minute- Stir until Eggs are scrambled
  • Add 1/2 tsp Cumin and stir
  • Take off heat-
  • On Tortilla: add Cheese, Sour Cream (optional), and Sausage/Egg mix

    Great recipe, but only one thing your ingredients do not tell how many eggs, and all the other ingredients. I would like to make this but I have no clue. I gave you 5 forks you deserve it.
