Ingredients

1 Tbsp parsley,chopped

3 Tbsp mayo

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken,salmon or tuna

1/2 c grated cheese

1/4 cup celery,finely chopped

2 Tbsp finely chopped spring onions or chives

1/2 c sour cream

s n'p to taste

Directions

mix altogether and spread on sandwhich or roll. or rollinto logs on bread
