Spicy Ginataang Kuhol

- 20-30 pcs. Kuhol (snails) shopping list
- 5 pcs. Long peppers, sliced shopping list
- 1 pcs. chilli pepper, minced shopping list
- Kangkong leaves and stalk (water spinach) shopping list
- 1 cup gata (coconut milk) shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic shopping list
- 1 tbsp minced ginger root shopping list
- 1 med size red onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp bagoong (shrimp fry paste) shopping list
- 3 tbsp oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Soak kuhol in water for 2-3 hrs, break tail-ends by tapping it with a knife, wash, drain and set aside
- Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic, onions, ginger and shrimp paste
- Add kuhol and water
- bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes
- add kangkong, long peppers and gata and simmer for another 5 minutes
- add chilli pepper
- salt to taste
