How to make it

  • Soak kuhol in water for 2-3 hrs, break tail-ends by tapping it with a knife, wash, drain and set aside
  • Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic, onions, ginger and shrimp paste
  • Add kuhol and water
  • bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes
  • add kangkong, long peppers and gata and simmer for another 5 minutes
  • add chilli pepper
  • salt to taste
