Fish Salsacruzano

- 1lb fresh fish (I like to use salmon) shopping list
- 1 medium jar of spicy tomato salsa or pico de gallo shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the fish in the center of a large sheet of aluminum foil.
- Cover the fish with the fresh salsa.
- Fold the foil closed to form a tightly sealed pouch.
- Put the pouch on a cookie sheet and place in oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
- Serve with rice.
