  • Pour 4 cups of water in a shallow pan, cut the pork into 10 pieces and cock over full flame until water evaporates. Simmer down the flame and let pork cock in its own fat until golden brown. Add 1 cup water, garlic, pepper, salt, chilli powder and dry bamboo shoots and cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Serve with rich on banana leaves.
