How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda together 2 times.
  • Add milk, vinegar and egg and blend with hand mixer.
  • Add melted butter and mix well until batter is creamy.
  • Place cupcake liners in pan and divide mixture between 16 to 18 cupcakes.
  • Bake on center tack of oven for 20 to 25 minutes
  • In a bowl mix forsting with 10 drops yellow and 10 drops red food coloring. This makes a dark orange frosting.
  • Once cupcakes have cooled completely, top each one with the frosting and store in an airtight container.
