Lamb Or Pork Crickle Crackle With Fried Water Crest

- 500g lamb or pork Crickle Crackle shopping list
- 2 Bunch of water Crest shopping list
- 75oz butter shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- First prepare the crest
- Break stalks and remove any blemishes, dirt, roots and weeds.
- Rinse under clean water then set aside in a large clean bowl.
- Next preheat oven at 170 deg maximum.
- Spread the Lamb or Pork crickle crackle in a clean roasting dish
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 mins until golden crust texture
- Meanwhile put butter in a clean fry pan and melt on high
- Add prepared crest and fry until tender.
- Seasoned with salt
