How to make it

  • First prepare the crest
  • Break stalks and remove any blemishes, dirt, roots and weeds.
  • Rinse under clean water then set aside in a large clean bowl.
  • Next preheat oven at 170 deg maximum.
  • Spread the Lamb or Pork crickle crackle in a clean roasting dish
  • Place in the oven and bake for 45 mins until golden crust texture
  • Meanwhile put butter in a clean fry pan and melt on high
  • Add prepared crest and fry until tender.
  • Seasoned with salt
