Ingredients
  • 500g Lamb or Pork Crickle Crackle
  • 2 Bunch of Water Crest
  • 75oz butter
  • Salt to taste

Directions
  1. First prepare the crest
  2. Break stalks and remove any blemishes, dirt, roots and weeds.
  3. Rinse under clean water then set aside in a large clean bowl.
  4. Next preheat oven at 170 deg maximum.
  5. Spread the Lamb or Pork crickle crackle in a clean roasting dish
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 45 mins until golden crust texture
  7. Meanwhile put butter in a clean fry pan and melt on high
  8. Add prepared crest and fry until tender.
  9. Seasoned with salt
