Millies Fried Rice

- 3 Cups cooked long grain rice, (not instant) shopping list
- 4 Tbs vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 tsp black pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 Cup frozen vegetables, peas, corn, carrot, whatever you have on hand. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in pan. Medium high.
- Stir fry onions and garlic till onions are clear, be sure to not over cook garlic, when it starts to smell nutty, then you are close to over cooking.
- Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Slowly add rice a little at a time, stirring contantly till rice is uniform in color.
- Add in frozen veggies. Still stirring.
- Stir fry till veggies are heated through.
- Enjoy!!
