How to make it
- Pockets: Slice thawed dough into slices (1 per sandwich - 1 loaf should yield 8 sandwiches). Using flour and rolling pin, roll 1 slice of dough into a 5" circle. Place a couple Tbsp. filling in center of bread circle.
- Pull all dough edges up to center and pinch tightly together. Place seam side down on cookie sheet you've sprayed with non-stick coating.
- With a sharp knife, make a slit on top of bread pocket for a steam vent. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Chicken Filling:
- Mix well and fill pockets
- Burrito Filling:
- Cook meat until no longer pink, drain well. Stir into meat remaining ingredients. Fill bread pockets and fill.
- Pizza Filling:
- Cook everything together except pizza sauce. Drain well. Stir in Pizza Sauce and 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese and 1 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan Cheese. Fill bread pockets and bake.
